Dr. Lindsay D. Sewell

Dr. Lindsay D. Sewell is a Board Certified Dermatologist who specializes in Mohs Micrographic Surgery. While he sees patients with all skin diseases and types, his specialty is skin cancer treatment and prevention.

Dr. Sewell is a familiar face to many in Idaho Falls. After serving a church mission in South Africa, Botswana, and Lesotho, he attended the University of Utah receiving a bachelor of Science in Biology in 1999.

Leaving Idaho and Utah behind, he attended Medical School at the George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington D.C. Following graduation in 2003 he stayed at GWU for a one year internship in internal medicine and then advanced to dermatology residency at Geisinger Medical Center in Pennsylvania. Dr. Sewell completed a fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Procedural Dermatology at Geisinger Medical Center. He is also a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American College of Mohs Surgery.

Dr. Sewell earned a Masters in Business Administration from Indiana University in 2020. In 2021, he became the only board-certified dermatologist in Micrographic Dermatology Surgery in Southeast Idaho.

In addition to being an automotive and sports enthusiast, Dr. Sewell enjoys spending time with his wife Jennifer and his 8 children. Together, they enjoy camping, boating, wakeboarding, wakesurfing, hiking, playing games, most sports, and spending time on the beach (all with appropriate sun protection, of course).
