1. Seek the Shade
2. Avoid Sunburns (especially the severe sunburns.
3. Avoid Tanning & Tanning Beds – These are never ok to use and even one time can be very damaging to your skin.
4. Always try to cover your skin – Hats, sleeves, sunglasses, pants… the more covered up, the less likely you have to rely on a sunscreen to do the job for you. Most of the time, sunscreen isn’t applied enough.
5. Appropriate Sunscreen application – Sunscreen needs to be on and re-applied regularly.
